Moshe Golomb - CEO
Moshe Golomb has 20 years of management, business development, and financial experience at early-stage technology companies. Prior to founding Praxell, Moshe was CFO and VP Business Development at Optimum Interactive, a multimedia software developer. Before that he served as CFO of a public Israeli company active in mergers and acquisitions and as Chief Securities Analyst and fund manager of Israel's First International Bank. Moshe holds a BS in economics and business administration and an MBA in banking and finance from Tel Aviv University.

Dan Kraut - President
Dan Kraut has 20 years of product management, sales, and marketing experience at both large and early-stage financial technology companies. Prior to joining Praxell, Dan was President of E*Trade Financial's B2B unit. Before that he led e-commerce business development and online brokerage product management at Fidelity Investments. In 1996, Dan founded a company that he subsequently sold to Intuit. Dan holds a BS in electrical engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from MIT's Sloan School of Management.

Asher Bitton - Vice President Development
Asher Bitton brings 12 years of software engineering, QA, and management experience in financial technology at both large and early-stage companies. Prior to joining Praxell, Asher was Director of Solutions Development at Taraina where he led product design and development. Before that, he build the professional services division and was a Technical Solutions Manager at HP/Mercury Managed Solutions.

Eitan Ram - General Manager, Gift Cards
Eitan Ram has over 20 years of operations and systems experience in the stored value software and POS network industries. Prior to joining Praxell, Eitan spent 10 years at Retalix in number of roles, including head of operations in Israel and business unit manager.

Jennine Wachspress - Vice President Financial Operations
Jennine Wachspress has over 10 years of financial management and FP&A experience in prepaid debit cards and prepaid telephony. Prior to joining Praxell, Jennine was VP Finance at IDT.
